Why is this more expensive? The shell holder is made from a propriety mix of latex and polyester. Adding rubber to the inside requires it is done by hand, requires 72-hour cure time, and intermittent steam bath to cure…all without disturbing the elasticity of the shell holder. All of this is done by hand… in the USA. This process cannot be automated. Hence, double the price.

Elastic is strong and holds tight to the Stock—with rubber, it will NOT easily move out of place. Can be used on any shotgun buttstock. Shells are also held tight. No amount of activity will cause shells to fall out.
