Carrying both pistol and spare magazines in a horizontal orientation the Parabellum 2.0s Kydex holster and mag carrier bodies allow very fast firearm drawing and reloading capabilities. Retention of the pistol is accomplished with reinforced retention strap swiftly released by the thumb to draw the pistol. The open-front magazine carriers use rubberized passive retention ramps for security and permit a very fast reload without any encumbering straps. The Parabellums holster and magazine carrier components are mated to Galcos newest wide comfort harness which is a full 2.5 at the shoulder maximizing wearer comfort. At the same time concealability especially with an open jacket is enhanced with a recontouring of the harnesss strap shape. The new harness also features an improved tool-free key-hole harness fastener system that replaces the earlier screw-and-post design that results in greater security ease of assembly and greatly reduced chance of fastener loss.
