The Leupold 49931 is a meticulously machined steel constructed product. It holds the exceptional ability to remove and reattach a scope, whilst maintaining the capability to return to within half an inch of the original point of impact on your target. A forward turn of the lever activates an eccentric on the lever shaft, which then engages with the base of the ring. This mechanism then pulls the ring, both, down and forward on the base, securing it firmly into its \"zero\" position. Further, the Leupold 49931 also provides the option of Extension Rings for added convenience.
