The Patrol Poncho is 100 percent waterproof with a 2000 millimeter Hydrostatic Head polyurethane coating and tape sealed seams. The Patrol Poncho can be used as an emergency bivvi or bivouac sac if you spend an unexpected night outdoors. Snugpak has gone beyond the standard poncho design and have added an adjustable hood, thumb loops in the cuffs for increased coverage, and a Velcro map pocket with a storm flap on the chest.
