The adapter uses a polished step pin on the hinge and secures positively via the factory takedown pin. The G36C stock works perfectly on this platform with a very comfortable length and cheek rest position. Note: while the hinged adapter provides a positive latch when the stock is opened the G36 stock has no provision to latch in the folded position. Note: when folded stock blocks ejection port. Firing while folded is not recommended. NOTE: Will not work with Airsoft stocks must use genuine HK stock for proper fit.
