All mounting components are machined from 6061 aluminum and all non-stress areas are profiled to minimize weight without compromising strength. The rods used for telescoping the stock are manufactured from sturdy 3/8" steel and Melonite-coated for ultra wear resistance and rust prevention. The MTS stock can be mounted in two different vertical positions 1" apart. This is helpful when trying to avoid ejection ports or charging handles and can also position the stock higher or lower for different sight pictures. NOTE: This stock uses the A3 Tactical 2-bolt mounting interface and must use an A3 Tactical 2-bolt rear firearm adapter.
