Featuring specialized components and unparalleled precision, the Christensen Arms MPR Competition Bolt-Action Rifle is a match-ready rifle that delivers guaranteed sub-MOA accuracy. At the heart of the rifle is a precision-machined receiver with spiral-fluted bolt, oversized bolt knob, skeletonized bolt handle, and M16-style extractor. Up top is a Picatinny optics rail with 20 MOA cant for long-range shooting. The 416R stainless steel, target-profile barrel is free-floated, button-rifled, and hand-lapped for competition-grade accuracy. The barrel comes topped with Christensen's own adjustable, stainless steel side-baffle muzzle brake in Black Cerakote, which helps to mitigate felt recoil. The action and barrel are bedded using V-block bedding, which improves accuracy and consistency by creating a more stable and precise fit between the rifle's action and stock. This method ensures a more uniform distribution of pressure when the action screws are tightened, minimizing stress and movement of the action within the stock. The chassis itself is made from billet aluminum, and features a folding stock with Magnelock technology for convenience. The 17" FFT carbon fiber handguard helps enhance rigidity and features M-LOK slots for attachment. The buttstock features an adjustable cheek riser with 1" of adjustment, a vertical grip with thumb rest, and adjustable length of pull (12.514.5"). A forward-mounted 4" Picatinny rail on the underside makes it easy to mount a bipod. Finished off with a precision TriggerTech trigger with flat trigger shoe, it's everything you need to ring steel at extended distances. Includes 1 AICS-compatible 10-round magazine.
