Just remove your original MDR handguard and replace it with the Reflex. The internal diameter of the Reflex is larger perfect for over-the-barrel style suppressors and its longer length gives more area to mount your accessories as well as a larger grip area for your support hand. Quick Disconnect suppressor systems may have difficulty accessing the quick release system inside the Reflex Handguard assembly after you install your suppressor. Make sure you can still access your QD system before installing your suppressor. The muzzle end of your rifle MUST extend past the end of the Reflex handguard when installed. Do not use this handguard if the end of your muzzle is inside the handguard. Damage to the handguard and injury to yourself or others could result.
