The handcuff pouch also features the Modular Webbing (MOLLE /PALS) and the Universal Panel (MOLLE /PALS) hook and loop fastener system. Two additional holes in the panel enable the user to stack modular webbing in order to make larger assemblies. The panel simply unfolds and stacks for additional height. A Velcro strip sewn onto the backside of the panel allows the user to stack additional pouches upon it.
