These barrels feature an extraordinary 1:3 twist rate, harnessing rotational energy to deliver enhanced on-target impact. Crafted with precision, each 8.6 BLK barrel is machined from raw bar stock at our State-of-the-art facility in Greater Cincinnati. To ensure unparalleled accuracy, the barrels undergo a comprehensive process including full stress relief, air Gauge testing, magnetic particle Inspection and an 11 degree target crown finish. Constructed from high-quality 4150 chrome moly vanadium (CMV) steel, every barrel is subjected to rigorous testing at each stage of production, culminating in a durable nitride finish and a meticulous final inspection. Our commitment to quality is further demonstrated by the use of precision custom hardened Gauges for individual headspace verification.
