This front sight has the same features as the original (when the original guide rod is removed the rear sight is tritium) and will require zero modifications to your firearm to install. Since the tritium is located in the center of the sight the front sight picture will look much cleaner and sharper than a purely centered and single dot sight. The sight has a knife like finish to it to avoid any light exposure that could set off the tritium. This allows the user to focus on the front sight dot for quicker acquisition.
