Built from durable materials with a hardcoat finish it offers reliability for outdoor and tactical use.iRayUSA collaborated with American Defense Manufacturing to create the Obverse MICRO Shoe (OMS) facilitating the helmet mounting of the RICO MICRO thermal unit in either a dual-mounted or obverse-mounted setup.This component merges a standard dovetail shoe commonly utilized for helmet-mounted night vision optics with a robust frame tailored specifically to accommodate the RICO MICRO unit using three housing screws. In a dual configuration one MICRO unit is affixed with the AC52 PICTAIL Helmet/Weapon Shoe while the second MICRO unit is mounted with the Obverse shoe ensuring proper spacing and alignment of the thermal units with the battery doors facing outward.Crafted from 6061 aircraft aluminum alloy the Obverse Mount furnishes a sturdy mounting interface with minimal added weight. Its surface undergoes type 3 hardcoat anodized finish treatment rendering it resistant to reflection and wear for enhanced durability.
