Jacob Grey Firearms Spiral Compensators 9mm Raw Unfinished. Gases are bled out of the compensator leading to a heavy weighted item. The JGC Spiral Comp 9mm is heavy duty and designed specifically for AR-9 format pistols. The ports on this compensator are specifically designed for 9mm Barrel Flash Hippers to ensure the ports are small enough so that they do not blow back and dislodge the muzzle flash. Gases are channeled through the compensator body and out the front of the muzzle flash. Gases that do not reach the shooter or surrounding shooters are expelled out the side. The Jacob Grey 9mm Compensator does not have a weighted hinge or back venting. All that said gasses are managed and utilized in the compensator to provide the shooter with the muzzle blast control necessary for personal comfort and for target re-holstering.
