This insert is ONLY compatible with the MK4 and MK3 Chest rig or any gear which has hook*loop panel,such as tactical chest rig, tactical vest ,etc, but NOT compatible with plate carrier kangaroo pouches.
The Insert is retained by hook fastener sewn to both sides, allowing it to fit in many Plate Carriers or chest rigs with hook and loop.
