It places the centerline of the magnifier 1.725 above the top of the rail and is meant to be mounted to the flat top behind the optic (note - won't work properly if placed on the raised rail section of an LT110 EOTech mount). The LT755-S-EO is designed for the EOTech G23 Magnifier or any magnifier with the exact same mounting footprint as the G23.
