LEM Coarest grind. The 12MM plate is made for a first grind, Coarse Chili and Stew Meats. Each plate is 3-7/8" in diameter, and 12MM (1/2") plate holes. Grinder Plates are constructed to the highest standard of LEM. Plates are designed hubless, so they can be used on either side.
