These disposable, food-grade bags are ideal for lining Brining Buckets. They make cleanup a breeze and prevent stains and odors from the brine or marinade from permeating the bucket. They also minimize the risks of cross-contamination and food-borne illness. The bags are made from thin, strong 3.5 mil plastic that's clear so you can view the contents, with a drawstring at the top to secure the bag to the bucket. The bags are sized to also fit a 5-gallon pail and can also be used on their own as brining bags as well as for soaking, marinating, and storage. Each bag holds 3 gallons of liquid weight (about 25 lbs.). Simply make your brine according to the recipe and allow it to cool to room temperature before adding meat.
