The wall or vehicle mountable charger features an alligator clip and a standard USA plug. Simply remove the plastic clip before activating the charger and then plug it into a wall outlet or vehicle cigarette lighter. The XPR-5582RX is supplied with a rechargeable power supply and a charging port. Recharge the power supply from the power source into the power source first.
