*OPEN BOX* Esstac Skittles Dump Pouch (RG)

Another customer return Esstac pouch, sheesh, it's almost like they all came from the same person... another brand new pouch, being sold as open box because I feel icky selling pouches that a customer has already touched and put on their kit, then returned. So someone is getting a good deal on a brand new dump pouch! Keep in mind, this is the full sized skittles bag, not the mini skittles.
