The difference with this kit is that we have drastically lightened the sear and striker safety lever. PRP have also changed the geometry of the sear. To help speed up the reset the trigger is made of tough light weight polymer and now available in aluminum anodized black or silver. So what does all this mean for your trigger? It means it will give you the lightest trigger pull of any XDM trigger kit on the market. Depending on what springs from the kit are installed the trigger pull can be as low as 2.5lbs. This kit can be installed with different weight springs to vary the weight of the trigger pull. PRP also give you the option to choose between triggers. The pre-fit trigger has the over travel stop pre-fit. The over-sized trigger must be fitted for over travel. Not compatible with the new XDM Elite series.
