The Pure Precision SKLTN Stainless Steel Actions are an evolution of our original Summit action, designed to offer enhanced accuracy, consistency and durability. Perfectly suited for the demands of long range hunters and shooters, the SKLTN model builds on the Summit's foundational features while incorporating key improvements to make it exceptionally light and feature rich. To reduce weight, the SKLTN action includes lightening cuts in the body and recoil lug, along with a trimmed bolt shroud. A new spiral fluting pattern in the bolt further contributes to the weight savings. Additionally, the firing pin assembly is field strippable without the use of tools, allowing you to easily clean out debris, ice or a punctured primer in the field. These actions are crafted from 416 stainless steel, with the bolt made of 4140 steel and coated with DLC for added durability. The tenon specifications match the Remington 700 pattern, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of stocks and accessories.
