To guarantee optimal performance, it is crucial to use an alignment rod during setup, ensuring the entire system is correctly aligned. Installation is straightforward - begin by cleaning all surfaces thoroughly. Conduct a dry fit of the muzzle device on your barrel, both with and without shims, to confirm proper alignment. Once aligned, apply rockset and torque the device onto your barrel, maintaining an alignment check throughout the process. The recommended torque for the muzzle device is approximately 30 ft lb. When attaching a silencer to the Blyat muzzle device, ensure that all threads and tapers are clean. Secure the suppressor with a torque of 10 ft lb and perform a final alignment check to ensure everything is in place. The nitride finish of the Blyat contributes to a tighter seal, making it imperative to properly torque and rockset the muzzle device to the barrel for optimal performance.
