The Sadlak M1A, M14 Gas Cylinder Wrench is an Armorer's quality gas cylinder wrench. Steel 3/8 thick, manganase phosphate coated. The gas cylinder wrench is a must have tool to safely hold the gas cylinder to remove the piston for periodic cleaning. Without the wrench, you can easily over-torque the gas cylinder and damage the internal splines and the slots in the barrel. To remove the piston, use the wrench to hold the gas cylinder and with a 3/8 6-pt box wrench remove the gas cylinder plug. Re-torque to 15 ft-lbs. Features Dual-purpose wrench - The wrench also has a D-shaped hole to convenently hold the small end of the piston, from rotating, during cleaning.
