The Switchblade Target Arrow Rest comes with both a stainless steel .010" lizard tongue and .012" lizard tongue which also features integrated vibration dampeners. The zero-play frictionless spring loaded yoke assembly is fully adjustable, allowing the shooter to tune the blade by adjusting spring tension.
