THE VARIARC HELMET MOUNT SHINES LIGHT WHERE YOU NEED IT: With locking teeth biased to the forward position, the VariArc keeps your light aligned for the most critical uses, but with a firm twist, the VariArc mount unlocks and rotates through 8 additional lower-force index points for administrative tasks and diffused lighting options. Works in vertical positions for umbrella lighting rooms, canopy illumination, IR strobe signaling, and can be used at downward angles for admin & task lighting.
DESIGNED BY EXPERTS & BUILT FOR ABUSE: Designed and made in the USA, the VariArc has durable, reinforced polymer construction with steel hardware. Conceived by a veteran SWAT team leader with input from active-duty special operations soldiers, its small footprint and low-profile keep things tidy and the Picatinny Rail allows for maximum compatibility with visible and IR lights. It functions through extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, sand, water, drops on concrete, and rough handling.
RETAIN YOUR CRITICAL GEAR: The VariArc has retention holes for retention wiring. The VariArc is compatible with standard 1913 Picatinny Rail Lights such as Surefire Scout, X300, XH35, Vampire, and XC1/2. The VariArc is also compatible with Streamlight TLR-1, TLR-VIR, and TLR-7-8. Additionally, the VariArc is compatible with INFORCE APL, APLc, and Arisaka Side Scout Mount. The VariArc-VS is also compatible with Surefire Scout w/o OEM mount, Modlite weapon-lights, and Cloud Defensive Rein lights.
BUILT SPECIFICALLY FOR HELMETS WITHOUT RAILS OR WITH NO SPACE ON RAILS: This model of VariArc attaches directly to the helmet surface, freeing up important rail space for other resources. The VariArc can also be mounted on a part of the helmet not usually used for tools. Thyrm manufactures four different VariArc models: Dovetail mount, Team Wendy helmet, MLOK helmets, and universal helmet. Each order comes with ONE VariArc; please verify you are ordering the correct model.
VARIARC-VS HAS TWO MOUNTING OPTIONS INCLUDED: Thyrm provides a 5/64th allen key with each VariArc-VS. Use the allen key to change which mount is attached to the VariArc-VS base.
