True North Concepts Picrail Gripstop Standard

The Picatinny Rail Gripstop is back, and better than ever! This lightweight, (1.7 ounce) 6061 aluminum version of the legacy Gripstop is specifically designed for the Servicemen, and all common U.S. military issued small arms utilizing a 1913 Picatinny rail forearm. Since its release in 2013, the Gripstop has gone through a series of improvements and design changes based off user feed back. True North Concepts has taken the opportunity to fine tune these changes for the re-release of their Picatinny rail mounted variant. Although firearms industry has moved away from the 1913 Picatinny mounting interface, it still remains the standard throughout the U.S. Military and most allied nations. The majority of issued weapons are already bulky and heavy, and TNC set out to reduce the weight of the Gripstop while improving performance.
