With minimal adjustment the holster can be set for appendix position side-carry or behind the hip. For those who prefer OWB carry the paddle attachment offers the closest fast and most versatile option. The paddle attachment lifts the holster into a position above the waistline making this the thinnest OWB carry option in Comp-Tacs line-up.
