Most aftermarket slides use a standard dovetail that closely resembles Glocks dovetail but not 100percent compatible and can accept aftermarket Glock sights. The sight pusher tool is designed to fail before enough pressure can be built up to break a pistol slide. Aftermarket slides will take more installation force.
