This initiative led to the creation of a process that produces final-bore matched rings with raw aluminum internals, ensuring an exceptionally reliable and precise grip on your optic. Our design delivers outstanding durability without adding unnecessary weight. Unlike conventional mounts, which are typically manufactured as separate components, we produce the bases and caps in batches. While others may proceed directly to anodizing and assembly, we incorporate additional steps to enhance quality. Post-anodization, the components are fully assembled and placed into specially designed rail fixtures. The caps are torqued to specification over custom spacers, allowing the rings to secure the optic effectively. The sets are then final-bored in our advanced machining centers. Each mount is removed from the machine in sets, undergoes quality control and is packaged to ensure the delivery of a perfectly finished product. Precision-engineered in the USA, this product is crafted from high-grade American 7075 aluminum using advanced CNC milling techniques The scope contact surfaces are precision-bored from raw aluminum to ensure maximum grip and stability The components are bored to their final specifications in sets and remain partially assembled, as they are not completely disassembled after the boring process Each mount weighs between 8 oz - 9 oz, varying by model, to optimize the balance between weight management and structural robustness The device features numerous attachment points designed for accessories, allowing for versatile customization and enhanced functionality The rail clamping bars are designed to be separate, ensuring optimal grip and stability on the picatinny rail for enhanced performance and security The clamping feet are inset, providing optimal mounting flexibility and enhanced picatinny rail functionality Steel guide pins are positioned between the base and caps to facilitate precise alignment Nitrided stainless steel hardware, customized for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance, offers superior performance in demanding environments The patent pending, ultra-rigid, and repeatable top accessory attachment system allows for secure and precise installation of our Tactical diving board
