This endeavor led us to develop a process that results in final-bore matched rings with raw aluminum internals, providing a grip on your optic that surpasses all others in reliability and precision. Additionally, our design offers exceptional durability without unnecessary weight. Like most mounts, ours start as separate components. We manufacture the bases and caps in batches. Unlike others who simply anodize and assemble these parts, we incorporate additional steps. After anodization, the components are fully assembled and placed into specially designed rail fixtures. The caps are torqued to specification over custom spacers, allowing the rings to securely grip the optic. The sets are then final-bored in our state-of-the-art machining centers. Once completed, the mounts are removed from the machine in sets, undergo quality control and are packaged to ensure you receive a perfectly finished product.
